Does anyone have a link to a copy of the German legislation incorporating the Use of Work Equipment Directive 2009/104/EC, in English please.

We are looking for this as there seems to be some discrepancy in what is required between two sister plants, one here, one in Germany.

A link to the German legislation in German would be a start, but a translation would be better if anyone can help please?

I have tried looking, but got a lot of dead links.

Note that the Germans decided to put ALL work equipment type regs into one piece of legislations, so this includes things about lifting equipment and pressure vessels.

In addition it is really hard to read. Good luck
