hi
keen to see if anyone has any advice on how to communicate to non-english speaking delivery drivers. We are looking to improve moving loads around the site on a wagon. Not all drivers are geting the message rear doors must be closed once loaded and moving. We have tried pictures with red cross green tick,video demo,and instructions in all different languages.
any suggestions appreciated

i should add the issue arises when the driver pulls away from the loading bay we are relying on the driver puling forward to close the rear doors then moving around the site however they often jump in the cab and drive with the rear doors open potenial for load to fall from rear doors

What languages are you struggling with. I work in Logistics and we have some basic requirements for Polish/Spanish in written language (normally pertaining to wearing of PPE). If you have issues in Arabic I can help with that.
