Presenteeism is a topic of growing interest for OH practitioners and academics, due to the potential risks of not managed (particuarly being less visible than absenteeism), but also due to the missed opportunity in terms of early intervention and vocational rehabilitation.
Myself and Dr Maria Karanika-Murray have a opportunity for a PhD candidate in the area of Presenteeism. More information about the project can be found here:

We also now have the opportunity to apply for 50% matched funding from the University (Nottingham Trent), if an external partner or organisation funds the other half. It's a great opportunity for research in an important area for OH Management, so we'd be most grateful if you could share the opportunity with anyone that might be interested. Happy to have a conversation with anyone interested in hearing more details. Many thanks Dr Zara Whysall
