Hi folks, a contractor fell approx 6 feet of a platform and sustained a concussion.  Sent to hospital etc for a thorough examination and given the all clear a couple of hiurs later. Reportable???

I just looked through the online form and yes concussion is reportable, certainly in Northern Ireland anyway!!

Setting for a show and they had a curved truss at the down stage edge which they where putting lights on.  The front of the curve was about 1metre away from the stage edge. Girl stepped back to let someone pass but stepped off the stage, landed on her left shoulder and head!!
