I am doing a risk profile for our company and have listed our top hazards, the potential impact if the worst were to happen, control measures and residual risk. Can anyone give me advice on how I should lay it out? I cannot find any samples or examples of a risk profile.

Thanks in advance.

I would imagine categorising into groups like Fire, Working at Height, COSHH, Electrical the usual stuff and why not just put them onto a generic Risk Assessment template??

Have a look at 'Business Continuity Management', a variety of usable formats are available. BCM is the stage after the event has happened, derived and expanded from the IT world. (sweeping general description).

I have recently completed the BCI (Business Continuity Institute) Diploma - interesting and not too expensive for a Level 5 qualification. Bucks New University run it  https://www.thebci.org/training-qualifications/dbci-diploma.html

Interesting about the Business Continuity, I am actually part of Our Business Continuity Team.  I will have a look at what we have for that.  It seems alot simpler than I imagined it should be.
