Is there a specific length of time that you need to keep an Asbestos Management Survey if the building has been demolished?

Is the business still trading, are there current / ex-employees? Your obligations could extend for years after the last employee has retired (health records being normally 40 years from last entry). Whilst this is not a specific work place monitoring evaluation it is a significant related record regarding potential exposure especially where the employees themselves were not subject to regular medical assessment as licensed asbestos workers.
The risk management records e.g. inspections of condition IMHO should be retained as well.
