Has anyone else lost access to the WAIT Toolkit?

I've tried searching for it and the HSE link doesn't work and it doesn't appear to be signposted from their website either.

Did I miss the announcement it was being withdrawn?

Looks like you are right Lucy my link is no longer working and if you google for it all the links are broken. Did not see any announcement of it being withdraw.
