Ive got  a project to consider where there is a potential solution on the table about the introduction of an ROV system to do work in contaminated areas of the facility. Work previously done by internal staff wearing appropriate PPE/RPE. The system is not yet at the design stage, just brain-storming

Has anyone got any SSOW, RA, Method Statement etc of using ROVs for cleaning / inspection of contaminated waste in restricted work areas?

Any steer would be great.

I don't have a SSOW but I did visit a company who make ROVs down in South Wales and having seen their demos and videos I think it is certainly the way to go for dangerous area examination and cleaning.  I have the contact details for the company at home and will PM them to you later.  They may have some documentation that could help you.

Thats great, thanks. Not much to find in the internet or through research. Have download some ROV documents, but cost £20 and not much help.
