We are looking to make mental health and wellbeing a bigger part of our plan in 2018/2019,
Does anyone have any links, ideas to share, suggestions that worked for them etc?
We have received a price from Mates in Mind and it seems quite expensive for what you get, we are aware of other resources such as mind, the samaritans etc.
Thoughts, ideas and reccomendations are appreciated.

I've just listened to a 30 minute BBC audio on the subject. It gives a couple of interesting case studies, one being the Royal Mail.
Here's a link to the programme description and podcast:

Have you had a look at the "workplace wellbeing charter?" it includes mental health as one of the standards required for accreditation.

We signed up to "Time to Change", have a good robust policy, had a week of Mental Health Awareness with talks from outside organisations every day including Alzheimers Society, an alcohol and drugs recovery organisation, The Samarintans, etc etc. All of this is free. PM me if you'd like further info.
