Rank: Super forum user		As Elfin said Health and Safety at Work Act and the like do not apply in UK overseas territories but most have very similar local legislation (once had to research WAH in Gibraltar) even the Channel Islands( Dependencies of the Crown) have their own Health and Safety laws.

Rank: Super forum user		Hi They have a "GOV" website (similar to our "GOV.UK" offering) as per link below. Lots of stuff on it, but don't know how much of this (if any) relates to the Health and Safety legislation, other than that which I posted yesterday.
