Dear Members,

While using Bundle puller to pull out the tube bundle from the heat exchsnger at height  with the help of the mobile crane.

The Bundle puller will be suspended and fitted with the tube bundle to pull out from the Cylender of heat exchanger.

The Bundle puller  will hydraulically  work and operated by the operatot with the remote and it will be supported by the crane ( Suspended load) at height.

During the operation is there any reverse impact on crane or not..?

It is not clear what you are explaining.

Are you asking if there is a reaction force on the crane, by using the hydraulic bundle puller?

its not likley as the reation force would need be through the body of the boiler cylinder if your pulling the core out from that.  Is the same principle as pulling a bearing out using a bearning extractor.

you might have to think about how the crane will react when the weight of the boiler cylinder is freed up when the core comes out (bounce etc)

Do you have a lifting plan drawn up by a competent appointed person? Dealing with a shifting centre of gravity could cause a reaction. Has the crane operator undertaken this task before?

thanks 1 user thanked Hexentric for this useful post.
