Hi I have had a look at the institute of apprenticeships for the new arenticeship standards. The only apprenticeship anywhere close to what you are after is a level 7 apprenticeship in risk and safety management which is still under development so there will be no institution delivering that yet I then looked at the apprenticeship frameworks online (These are being phased out by 2020). However there are 16 pages of apprenticeships to trawl through after I conducted a search using the words health and safety so you may wish to do that yourself. The levy can only be utilised for dedicated apprenticeships.
