Hi There,

Can anyone suggest a good document source or guidance note for the development of a Company Standard on managing Process Hazard Analysis.  It is a new area for my organisation and we would like a systematice way of deciding when we should deploy the various methods available, e.g. HAZOP, FMEA, etc. . .  Any asistance would be very much appreciated.
