Hi

I work for a small housing association and wondered if anyone give me some advice.

Is the CITB CDM wizard tool sufficient for carrying out refurbishment works to a property being carried out by our in-house repair team.

Yes it can.

You may want to adapt it to suite your own style of customised documentation.

This document covers the minimum criteria for a Construction Phase Plan.
