I did a manual search of several pages and could not find anybody elses post on this subject and I find it really frustrating when I get a message saying this message has already been posted.
On a different rant, why in heavens name is there a requirement to type a security image on stuff we post.

1) 2022 is IOSH Stratergy. https://www.iosh.co.uk/About-us/Who-we-are/Strategy.aspx
2) so you think about what you have posted and to prove not a robot?

Point 2, I am not a robot, balderdash, god I hate bureaucratic mumbo jumbo and this concept is just that. Point 1, Why 2022, my initial thought was not printable! My second thought was and is, what a lot of corporate spin corporate jargon and utter tosh - I totally hate it. I really care about safety in general, but this 'strategy' is a nonsense. This country is going through a bitter political debate (brexit) and whether we actually leave or not is still up for debate. Our country is broken financially from years of cuts to services and a decade of lack of money and investment in companies both large and small have made operational safety difficult.
Now IOSH have come up with this idea, is to me totally daft especially after the corrupt practices that IOSH have only nodded at - but have done nothing about makes me sick. The building regulations since the 1970's, the removal of building cleks of works, the cut cut cut of the HSE inspectors, the lack of HSE staff, the fire regulations and now GRENFELL. In the years following the fire, this should be IOSH's priority.
IOSH does not need a trendy message once a year or a target or a stategy, it simply needs to provide a loudspeaker for all the safety failures that occur at a surprising regularity. Not once have I heard IOSH mentioned on the news, the voice of safety people seems to be incapable of speaking out as the number one safety institute.

The reason for the security image is quite simple. A few years ago the forums were under sustained attack from spammers. They would acquire multiple new logins during the night hours and by morning there would be literally hundreds od spam posts, mostly in Chinese or Korean. It took hours of work to remove them every day, and after several weeks of this it was decided that two measures would be taken - a captcha step in posting, and a delay so that a person could not post successive messages within a short period of time.
It worked.
You can short but the security image slightly - despite what you see on screen it is not case-sensitive.

Had a look at 2022 and it looks like most corporate “strategies”; a set of aspirations with no clear plan of how to deliver anything concrete. An example of talking the talk not walking the walk.
