A bus company has been fined £2.3million today (27 November) for breaking health and safety laws prior to a crash in Coventry where two people died.

I would like to think so John, but sadly I don't think it will be the last incident of this kind.

Staggering safety failures by a large organisation. There should also be some personal responsibility by ensuring they are fit for the job.
