Does anyone have a lock off procedure/permit they could share with me for clearing blockages in a cardboard compactor?

Has SNS states more information is required to support on this, there is many types of compactor / baler systems some have conveyoring, some have pit's etc. some have castel key systems some dont.

Stored energy is often overlooked (clear the blockage and the pusher plate suddenly moves).
Isolating power/drives is only part of a suitable system of control - there needs to be means to identify those parts of the system under load e.g. pneumatic/hydraulic pressure and to safely dissipate such energy before hands/arms/bodies enter the danger zone.
