Hi,

The Safety, Health and Environment Technician Apprenticeship was approved for delivery in March 2018 and since then my organisation has been trying to find a training provider who will deliver this Apprenticeship as I have a member of staff who wishes to complete it but unfortunately we are unable to find any training providers.  

According to the Apprenticeship website, there are seven providers who will deliver this Apprenticeship within the North East of England but when our Training Department contacts them they are unable to deliver the Apprenticeship.

Does anyone know of any training provider who is (i) currently delivering this Apprenticeship and (ii) if not located in the North East would be willing to travel to the North East (Darlington/Durham area) to provide this training?

Fire an email off to GSK in Stainton - looks like their advertising for a SHE Apprentice but have also yet to declare a training provider. I'm sure if you ask to be informed of who they'll be using they'd be happy to assist. Jay

Didn't know there was such a thing? what a brilliant initiative. SHE is definately a field in which 'on job' training, experience and exposure would hugely benefit the individual.

I believe Penshaw View Training deliver this apprenticeship.
