How do your leaders create safety engagement opportunities with the people in your business?

If this is something you expect of your leaders please message me as i would like to further discuss.

Thanks

We do this a number of ways:

Monthly Employee Recognition Awards - awarded by the BoD following results of votes (of all staff) and awareded per department/activity.  From the awards they also express issues of information etc.

Quarterly Newsletters - these come in the form of both a company newsletter and SHEQ Edition, which covers many safety elements, but is also published externally.

Quarterly Director Tours - the MD does these engagement tours, speaking with staff and looking at their compliance etc. and the working environment.  He is given a 'crib sheet' of things he can consider.
