Sitting in front of the laptop/desktop nearly 6 to 9 hours daily, It will badly effect back born and neck....

What is you are all opinion?  Will it effect any other organs/limbs ?  How could reduce or eliminate these risks?

I assume that you are not based in the UK where we have the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 also known as the DSE regulations. They along with the associated guidance describe how to manage office ergonomics and specifically what do in the situation that you have described. In the UK it is a legal requirement to comply with them but there is nothing to stop you using them as guidance for your workplace.  As we don’t know what country you are based in we can’t tell what your specific legal requirements are.
