Innovation in the construction industry is gaining ever-increasing traction. I've been fortunate to be involved in the use of BIM during project delivery, and have also developed a greater awareness of the developments in automation and digitisation through study. I'd be interested to read any feedback from others whose workplace is also being influenced by innovation. From my own perception, embracing these developments will require H&S practitioners to adapt their approach to realise the full benefits of innovation. Thoughts ?

BIM of course stands for Building Information Modeling, a bit like CAD( Computer Aided Design) only better
