I'm completing a PQQ and I've been asked to "provide recent evidence of workplace inspections and other checks that demonstrate procedures are effective."

In my mind this is asking for a site audit form rather than weekly/monthly checks, ie racking inspections, FLT daily checksheets.

Is my thought process correct?

"workplace inspections and other checks" I would say this is exactly what you think it is, including internal and external Impartial audits of the management system. Given the way it is worded I dont expect they have specifics in mind, you often find this on generic PQQ's
