Hi, does anyone know where I can find guidance on communal work fridge use for staff coming into work during the lockdown and eventually a phased return to work.

I wouldn't expect there to be specific guidance on this topic.  The general principles in the workplace guidance apply and point to hygiene measures.

I would keep to good hygiene, get touch points regularly disinfected, provide sanitising wipes that people could use before use or as a catch all gloves so that they are not touching the surface. However considering what other surfaces are being touched during the day I think the risk is relatively low and I am not looking specifically at this area, just touch points.
