Hi, can anyone direct me to any hse guidance for pallet storage height. This is in reference to a yard that stores and repairs pallets.

Talk to your insurers - they set the limits on where/how close to buildings/how close to boundaries/how much (flammable) material. The overall height will be a consideration of... your risk assessment... prevalent weather conditions/stability of stack/handling method(s)/insurers "conditions"

I agree with Roundtoit, definately an insurer question. Be prepared though, in my experience you will not be anticipating how for from boundaries and buildings your insurer will stipulate.

have a look at PM15 - Pallet safety. based on the construction of the pallet, grong conditions, visibility etc. so basically RA. The document used to stipulate that either way, the maximun height should no exceed 6 times the narrowest dimension of the bottom pallet. Not sure if the latest version of the document still says that but it is definatelly still available.
