We also seem to have a moderate option under the banner. ie Forum, search, members, help, Rules and Moderate Gives you stats on the moderation of each section.

Hi Chris and Jonny Challenge accepted! Message #3 deleted, but not entirely, so authorship remains but without text. I presume that someone on IOSH will get round to putting this aspect of the Forums back together. Peter G aka "Moderator" but without any moderator number as used to be the case.

Hi M.cooper You are late to the action!! This thread seems to have been initiated in response to a thread that I started which has mysteriously disappeared. Essentially, when you look at any posting, the options available to the READER seem to have been expanded (at least for some of us). So, giving the reader buttons to delete postings, move them etc. In effect making the reader a "Moderator". If you read post #3 (assuming that someone at IOSH hasn't intervened in the meantime) you will see that I exercised my new "power" to delete a posting (well at least the body text) yesterday.
