Hi, I'm looking for some advice and/or recommendations regarding effective HAVS monitoring devices that are cost effective. I'm thinking wrist device that can be worn by different people.

Any advice will be welcome.

We have started using HAV-Sentry, which record the actual vibration exposure of the user as opposed to tool timers.

I find it works well as your are not basing the exposure levels from assumptions of vibration levels (or pre-recorded levels).

The device also warns the user when they reach the EAV and ELV.

We have one device that is shared across a few teams, who each have individual ID tags - it would not be cost effective for each staff member to have their own ID tag. It is useful for recording the exact eposure of individuals before deciding what additional control measures are required, and can also be used if doing a large/long job to ensure limits are not exceeded.
