Risk and Management Services Limited is seeking a proactive and qualified Health and Safety Consultant to join our team. This is a hybrid role designed for a motivated individual looking to make a tangible impact by advising clients on health and safety practices and supporting them across various construction and industrial environments. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert health and safety advice to a range of clients.
- Conduct audits and site inspections, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in construction management and attend site meetings as a safety representative.
- Deliver client training sessions on health and safety best practices.
- Submit professional reports and maintain accurate site status updates.
- Carry out risk assessments and develop comprehensive method statements.
- Inspect installation work and raise safety concerns where necessary.
- Work actively towards achieving CMIOSH status.
Requirements: - NEBOSH Certification (essential).
- Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., IOSH).
- Valid CSCS card related to safety consultancy.
- Strong communication, report writing, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage time and work independently across multiple client sites.
Package: - Salary: £45,000 basic per annum
- Car Allowance: £5,000 per annum
- Fuel Allowance: 25p per mile
- Pension Scheme: 3% employer contribution, 5% employee contribution
- Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Expenses: Reimbursed in accordance with company policy

Scott, your first post here, so welcome to the Forums. However, perhaps you need to read the Forum Rules (up towards the top of the page), including in particular Rule 8 and the notes to that Rule. Essentially commercial advertising is not permitted on these Forums, except for very limited employment opportunities (with your ad not falling within those exceptions). My understanding is that the ban on advertising job opportunities was put in place as a result of IOSH's magazine complaining about ads here having an impact on their revenue from job adverts. So, may be you might with to place an ad with IOSH Magazine and get some free plugs with the emails that many Members get from IOSH Magazine. Post REPORTED.
