Morning all, We are looking for a health and safety online system to assist with the management of some H&S applications. We have 45001, 9001and 14001.
We are looking for a system that will:
- Record accidents, incident, near misses etc
- Produce stats/reports
- Record site inspections
- Generate risk assessment/ method statements
If you are using a system with all or some of the above I would be very greatful if you could share your experiences. - Is it user friendly and easy to use?
- Is it easy to update and amend as and when required?
- Can you add models to your system?
- Does it interact with other sysytems that you use?

Hi Keith, I have been using a system called MAI (measure, analyse, improve) for about 15 years now, and it does all you ask and more. The company is ehasoft. Just to be clear, I have no tie-up with this company other than I use their system.
