Yes, I can hardly pick up the hard copies of the msds now they are so big.

Why don't you use digital copies, such as .pdf ;)

I make them available on site both electronically and in hard copy - because sometimes you want one and sometimes the other. And only this morning I was dealing with a 43-pager (for a not very hazardous chemical) that came in the post, single sided. I obtained the pdf from the supplier's website and then printed it out double-sided in the interest of fitting it in the binder. What a waste of paper!
