Hi All

I am currently undertaking a complete review of a clients Accident Management System and process's, with a view of benchmarking it against a similar organisation (s) with an aim of ensuring that it fulfil's their needs and represents a worldclass approach

Does anybody have experience or can offer any advice from a Banking/Finance/Insurance and Retail environment employing 60,000 plus people where they have an Accident Management process in place that works effectively and that they consider as such

Thanks for reading and for any advice/information offered
Robin
