Has anyone out there successfully combined their EMS and OHS systems in respect to aspect/impact and risk assessment? I would be particularly interested to learn of any examples where process map diagrams have been used for this. We are looking to simplify our existing system by cutting out wordy documents and using an inputs/outputs approach to ask risk assessment for both EMS and OHS. Many thanks, Linda.
