We have had a trial with Q-MAP but it doesn't fit the bill. Can anyone recommend a process mapping package for QHSE and general business use? If not then it may be Visio gets the job....

We're using Business Process Visual Architect, and maybe a lack of training, but I still find Visio ideal for my needs. It does everything from site layouts, office layouts and process maps.

Hi, I generally use a very long bit of brown paper and a lot of "Postits" (other bits of sticky paper are available). I then draw a map on a spread sheet using the flow chart bits. It may be a bit old fashioned but it works for me, its cheap and my clients like it!!!!
