We are taking on new premises and on looking through the last H&S compliance audit dated 2007 ( I know, I know) against the section for "window cleaning" it states - quote "Have the anchorage points been tested in the last 12 months - No these are no longer in use" . Now correct me if am following the wrong path here, but surely if the anchorage points have not been tested they are no longer suitable and access to them denied or they should have been removed. The building by the way has been in constant use since the last audit (2007)
