I've passed the following courses and just cannot get myself on the h&s ladder

Nebosh ngc
Nebosh fire safety
Smsts site management
Nvq level 3 in management

I've self funded these courses over the last 3 years however I have limited experience. I would like to study for another course has anyone any ideas as
Which will add a string to my bow has anyone got any ideas to help me out? As I've applied for many and the feedback is the lack of experience
