Hi Joe, It was more likely me than you that they objected to. I guess we are both outsiders to this group, you are a technical expert and made a great contribution, I am American and probably just too up-front with my comments. If you browse this forum you will see that the contributors mostly are experts at the safety process, rather than any particular discipline. I think that might be particularly true for electricity. These guys seem to have a problem with simple facts and rely more on opinions. If I were socketman I might not bother to challenge them, they don't want to hear. Edisonian, I admire yours and others passion/zeal on this subject, I have 'heard' the arguments (as I imagine others have). Luckily we are able to make our own reasoned judgements having heard the 'evidence'.
