To be fair - I don't think there is one single comment yet that relates to the question asked, they all relate to litigation, rules, red tape, poor interpretation etc etc. The opportunity is there to answer the questions asked particularly around whether the legislation can be scrapped. Over the coming weeks this web page will be dealing different sectors and I guess is an opportunity to defend the Health & Safety at Work Act and its subsequent statutory instruments - if you do indeed support their retention.
