Hi, Could anyone help with information pertaining to Health & Safety Legislation whilst conducting contractual work in Kuwait? The company shall remain unnamed, but are UK based and currently undertaking mechanical work on armoured vehicles for the US army. My concerns, as an engineer currently, are that no-body in the current line management appears to have a grasp on the safety aspects of a mechanical workshop and traffic movement within a large hanger. I have extensive experience personally in this industry, but their policy statement is contradicting itself and the unsafe practices currently being adopted are well below the standards set out in UK H&S law and guidelines. I would be most grateful for some direction and advice will be warmly welcomed as to my next steps to aid this company before a contractor is seriously injured or is killed! Thanks Carl
