I need to find out the total number of prosecutions under CDM 2007, particularly the number of clients / CDM C / PC / Contractors.

Does anyone know where I could find this info? I have tried the HSE website, but it gives me a list of all construction prosecutions, and I am hoping there is a quicker way!

Thanks, in advance!

Try the 'why you should comply' links at the bottom of this page: http://www.tutopia.co.uk/nebosh/cdm.htm

There is a much quicker way!!......

To get all 63 convictions.....

www.hse.gov.uk/prosecutions , then SEARCH, then select regulation from drop down menu, CDM 2007 from next drop down.

If you want the number of cases against e.g. client, identify their responsibilities, then ADVANCED SEARCH, then select regulation, then AND regulation number OR regulation no etc.

Of course with only 63 including multiple charges against some defendants you can probably analyse these from simple search as quickly as doing a detailed advanced search.

You can obviously do the same for CDM 1994, except that some of the cases are in the historical database (which only dates back to April 1999), and if against an individual may be "spent".
