Hi I am looking for examples of construction site safety awareness presentations focusing on visitors to construction sites, such as architects, designers etc. Also if anyone can suggest some good sites for photographs, videos which would provide greater impact for the presentation i would be grateful.
Cheers, Richie

Ron thanks for the link, it looks like a good set of PowerPoint's that can be delivered in a short time.
I would point out this however,
Duties on clients – management arrangements (4)
• If the Client makes a reasonable judgement that the contractor’s management arrangements are suitable, taking account of the nature and risks of the project; and it is clearly based on evidence; clients will not be criticised if the arrangements subsequently prove to be inadequate or fail to be implemented without the client’s knowledge
Is this a cop out for the Client? Surely there should be some arrangements for regular supervision/review of the contractor's operations on site?

I don't consider that to be a cop-out. The Contractor is an employer too remember, and has the same general duty in law. Important that the Client (as it is for any employer engaging a contractor) to take reasonable steps to ensure the contractor is competent.

Ron I agree with what you say but what about the longer term contract where the PC has been initially competence checked, then the PC does their competence checks of the smaller contractors, as you know the smaller the company the more likely they are not to be fully equipped.
Is the "one off" Client check good enough?
