We have had an incident where one of our employees was injured by another contractors actions on a site managed by the client. The employee had taken two days off work because of the incident. My question is not about RIDDOR Can anyone clarify it this should be recorded (purely for the sake of our statistics) on the company, contractors or clients statistics? Thanks.

As it's an employee who was hurt, I would class it as an employee injury regardless of who caused it and where. If I was the client I'd also be counting it as a visitor/contractor injury.
