Hi

Just a quick question.....does the exemption of OSR1 form as of 6th April 2009 apply to residentialcare homes?

Please excuse my ignorance

Any help gratefully received

Try the following link

You will see that 6th of April 2009 you no longer need the OSR1 registration.
