Dear All,

One of my Contractor ( mobile phone service provider) is going to erect 35 meter tower in my location therefore i need some technical advised for safe erection and sustainability of the unit in the future. following is the plan:

1-Excavation up to 2.5 meter
2-Construction of the basement 10mX10m
3-Erection of 35 meter steel tower
There is underground water at 1.7 meter.we don't have solid soil the area is desert close to sea.
As per health and safety concern i will arrange all safety percussion under the permit system but before issuing permit i want to make sure that this system will sustained for long time and will not create any hazardous to neighbor.I need some technical information which i need to consider before allowing them to start their task.personally i have a concern about the ground condition may be the tower will sink in few years.please share with me your technical expertise.
