Does anyone know if there is specific Supervisors training for working in the timber kit manufacturing industry? Cannot find anything appropriate to this industry.

there is no commercially available job specific supervisor training.
Supervisors are normally selected for their leadership skills, knowledge of the operation and various other abilities.
If you are thinking about HS training for supervisors then look in the training page of this web site above
