I have seen a list somewhere of the different Regulations that require Risk Assessment - can somebody remind me whwere I might find this? Ta.

I know that was published prior to rrfso (2005/06) but there was a requirement for fire risk assessment under Workplace Fire Precautions Regs. FRA affects every workplace so should have had a mention. That's just one omission so don't rely totally on that document.

Thanks Chris/Terry, I was already on the ball with Fire, MHSWR Reg 3 and COSHH amongst others, but knew the list existed and just could not recall where I had seen it. Useful pointer to other readers though, and appreciated as ever. Decimo.
