Hi, does anyone know where to find the guidance on how long paperwork from Tool box talks and PTW need to be kept for. That is if there is any. Many thanks

As I understand it, there is no fixed period of time. I'd suggest that 12 months after completion of project/ job would be sufficient. I generally get rid of my hard copies after this time, but I do keep electronic copies for longer (generally until I get a kick from IT for taking up too much server space...) If there was an accident/ incident, then it may be prudent to keep all records for longer though, obviously.

If you are thinking about providing evidence should a claim arise then three years from a known accident but also three years from diagnosis is also allowed - not to mention 50 or 75 years for potential radiation exposure to radiation workers. I think that you should be hanging on to PDF copies for a long long time.
