Hi, does anyone know where to find the guidance on how long paperwork from Tool box talks and PTW need to be kept for. That is if there is any.

As I understand it, there is no fixed period of time. I'd suggest that 12 months after completion of project/ job would be sufficient. I generally get rid of my hard copies after this time, but I do keep electronic copies for longer (generally until I get a kick from IT for taking up too much server space...)
If there was an accident/ incident, then it may be prudent to keep all records for longer though, obviously.

If you are thinking about providing evidence should a claim arise then three years from a known accident but also three years from diagnosis is also allowed - not to mention 50 or 75 years for potential radiation exposure to radiation workers. I think that you should be hanging on to PDF copies for a long long time.
