That's a useful link. I always work on the belief that lungs were intended for air and nothing else should go there. In my work place I try to stop any dust / power from becoming airborne. Just to be really picky; didn't OELs go out a while back to be replaced by WELs? I think so.

Since the majority of employers have not managed to get their heads around even OELs' yet, never mind WELs', it just seems to me to be based upon a change of name meaning not much !
