I'm designing a presentation for our Maintenance Managers encompassing contractor management training. A key part of the presentation will be a discussion / task around appraising contractor documentation (RAMS etc.). I was hoping to provide examples of good and bad risk assessments / method statements to test their application of the theory taught, however I'm finding it difficult to find examples online! it's difficult, in the time frame I've got, to request sample documents from the relevant managers to use (and they may not be what I'm after in anycase), does anyone have access to or be able to point me in the direction of any sample RAMS for this prupose? Task doesn't really matter, as contractors could be requested to do many things (predmioninately roof repairs, hot works, structural repairs, MHE inspection etc.). Cheers :)
