Suspect this has been done before but can't find. Where is the legal requirement to develop a safe system of work for ( example ) day to day activities in a manufacturing environment ( or any place or work )? Is there any legal requirement to develop safe systems of work? Or does this fall out of the requirement for information and training etc?? Not talking emergency response.
