Hi I've come across the following but can't find any associated detail..... wonder whether anyone can shed any light on the actual case? "Duty to complete risk assessments - The verdict of a legal case regarding an incident at a “employer organised Health and Fun day”, which left a man paralysed, has highlighted the need for employers to conduct their own risk assessments and not just use an assessment provided by a contractor." Has anyone else come across this case? Cheers Pete
