I have gone through a process of specifying butyl rubber gloves for a specific work task. I now am faced with a task to determine that they have no components which will contaminate our product; in particular some rubber gloves are treated in a chlorination wash process to make them easier for putting on. I thought that process was only for natural rubber. If anyone has addressed this or is familiar with the manufacturing of butyl rubber gloves ....I would like to know if anyone has any thoughts on that - prior to asking the glove manufacture to certify no detrimental materials. Thanks
